Acceptance stage
1. Application for GC Mark Certification
2. A copy of the business license of the applicant, manufacturer, and production plant
3. Trademark registration certificate or trademark authorization letter
4. In case of inconsistency between the manufacturer and the production plant, provide a contracted processing agreement signed/stamped by both parties
5. Product Risk Analysis Form
6. English & Arabic manual
Formal experimental stage
1. Product description, key parts list
2. A description of the conformity assessment procedure followed by the manufacturer (e.g. system certification or quality manual obtained by the enterprise, etc.)
3. Design and manufacturing drawings of the product (with a brief description if necessary)
4. Product technical specifications
5. Product Instruction Manual
6. Other required documents
3. GCC certification fees:
1. Safety report fee (or CB certification): ranging from 4500-15000
2. EMC reporting fee: ranging from 2000-6000
3. Certificate fee: 5000-10000
4. Annuity: ranging from 1000-4000
